Legal realities of running a business in Poland are complex and directly connected with risks that, first of all, burden the management board. We encounter situations, in which economic decisions – seeming justified – become an interest of law enforcement authorities. We try to protect entrepreneurs from treating criminal law instrumentally by providing them with legal aid. If they happen to be victims of a criminal offence, we run privileges to protect both their reputation and assets.
